• Assessing the current state of a client’s legacy administrative/ERP systems and providing guidance in building the roadmap and business case justification to support future enterprise systems direction;
  

• Preliminary planning for major enterprise system initiatives, including project team organization and backfilling strategy, Program Management Office policies and procedures, project governance, risk management planning and mitigation strategies, and issue resolution/escalation;
  

• Business process analysis and improvement;
  

• Development of requests for proposal (RFP), requests for information (RFI), and other procurement documents in support of the acquisition of ERP software and associated services;
  

• Facilitation of the evaluation committee and associated evaluation process in the selection of ERP software and implementation services;
  

• Support for contract negotiations between client organization and ERP software and services providers; and
  
  
• Independent verification and validation (IV&V) and project performance checkup services.
